RESPITE SERVICE for ages 16+. Independent Users: ticket holders who have mild learning disabilities and require no on-site supervision can attend independently subject to advance completion of a respite disclaimer form. This needs to be completed and signed by a parent or keyworker on the day if dropping off or before the date of the event if travelling independently, without a carer, and returned to us by email. To obtain a form, please e-mail us at [email protected]. We will confirm by-email once we have received the form and that we are expecting you. Volunteer Support: ticket holders who have mild/moderate learning disabilities requiring minimal on-site supervision, can attend with the support of one of our volunteers, subject to advance completion of a respite disclaimer form . This needs to be completed and returned to us by e-mail before the date of the event so that we can allocate a volunteer (subject to availability). We will confirm by-email once we have received the form and that we are expecting you. We require a signature on the form from a parent or keyworker – if an e-signature is not present, the form can be signed on the day of the event at drop off during registration. Live Drumming Music Session – 25th NOVEMBER 2018
Sunday 25th November 2018 11.30am – 1.00pm, at the OSO Arts Centre, Barnes Green, London SW13 0LF.
A live, fun interactive music session using drums and percussion with Tom from Kingston Music Service for all ages 11+.
All ticket holders must be accompanied and remain on site and parents, keyworkers and carers are encouraged to join in the session. Carers tickets are FREE (a maximum of 2 per booking) and also need to be booked at the same time as the standard ticket. The OSO Cafe will be open from 11.00am.
The OSO Café will be also be open from 11.00am serving food and drinks.
All people with disabilities must be accompanied and parents, keyworkers and carers need to remain on site at all times.

CREATIVE ARTS WORKSHOP – 25th NOVEMBER 2018
Sunday, 25th November, 11.30am – 1.00pm. Please arrive 11.15am for registration.
This informal, relaxed and inclusive art session is for 11+ upwards with moderate/severe learning disabilities. Each month the sessions are themed and may include mosaic, painting, arts and crafts – something for everyone. Ticket holders work on their own individual pieces to take home. The sessions are run by our qualified art teacher with lots of experience teaching and working with people with learning difficulties and disabilities.
All ticket holders must be accompanied and remain on site but parents, keyworkers and carers are welcome to join in to provide support in this activity or relax in the OSO café depending on the needs of the young person/adult.
The OSO Café will be open serving drinks, snacks and lunch. Carers tickets are FREE and also need to be booked at the same time as the young person’s ticket.

SPADE GARDENING WORKSHOP – 25th NOVEMBER 2018
Sunday 25th November, 2.00pm – 4.00pm, at the OSO Arts Centre, Barnes Green, London SW13 0LF.
This informal, relaxed and inclusive gardening session is for 11+ upwards. The sessions are run by Jean Loveland from Richmond Aid, Spade. Each month the sessions may include table top gardening, planting pots and flowerbeds, window boxes – something for everyone and whenever possible may take their own individual creative pieces home. Jean has lots of experience, including working with people with learning difficulties and disabilities.
The OSO Café will be also be open from 11.00am serving food and drinks.

CHRISTMAS PANTO SLEEPING BEAUTY – 22ND DECEMBER 2018
Saturday 22nd December, 11.00am – 12:15pm Doors open 10.30am.

A specially adapted and inclusive Christmas Panto by the marvellous OSO Panto Players who return again this year with their production of Sleeping Beauty.
Tickets are FREE (first come first served) and need to be booked in advance through our website. Families and siblings of people with disabilities are welcome. Entrance is with a valid booking only. This is a very popular event and tickets are booked up extremely quickly – early booking advised.
This traditional Panto is accessible to all • Ages: 0 – Adult • reduced dialogue • amusing sound effects and songs • lots of interaction & audience participation • brightly coloured sets, props & costumes
The OSO Café will be also be open serving festive food and drinks.
